Return Policy
All items or services purchased from The Procurement are final sale.  Due to the nature of our preloved business items will have some flaws.  Please ask any/all questions prior to purchasing, do not purchase if you have uncertainties.  This policy applies but is not limited to: physical products, gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item does not match the description during our live sale, is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
